Certified ASME IX carbon and stainless steel pipe fitting and welding, across ag, industrial, and commercial sites. We install, modify and maintain pipe systems where things need to flow properly and keep working — safely and reliably.
Typical Projects: Certified dairy tube fitting and welding, process pipe installs, drinking water pipeline and plant installs, effluent water pipeline and plant installs, water and service lines, plant changes, system upgrades, shutdown work, steam, chemical and compressed air pipeline repairs and new installs.

We don’t just carry out projects, we offer full project management.
Kerry has years of experience in major milk processing pipeline and plant projects, as well as drinking and effluent water pipeline and plant projects.
He also has extensive experience in compressed air, gas, and chemical pipework upgrades and maintenance projects.
Our Project Management service includes sourcing and organising subcontractors and preparing project timelines. Ensuring projects are completed right the first time and on schedule.
We provide full QA reporting, as-built drawings, material certifications, weld procedures, tickets and all other documentation required for every project we undertake.
PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
We are experts in onsite processing plant maintenance. Whether it’s breakdowns or planned shutdowns, we have the team and the knowledge to carry out all aspects of plant maintenance and repairs.
We service several major milk processing plants across the wider Otago and Southland region, whether during the processing season or the winter shutdown maintenance period.
We provide a team to carry out every aspect of onsite maintenance, including, but not limited to; process valve resealing and maintenance, process pump overhauls and general plant repairs such as gearbox and motor replacements.
As part of this, we also offer engineer/fitter backfill cover for holidays and other absences.
